Townsquare Media is a dynamic local media company that owns&operates radio assets, digital products &live event properties. We specialize in the creation &distribution of original entertainment, music &lifestyle content. Our assets include radio stations with companion websites in small to mid-sized markets &over 200 live music &non-music events nationwide.
We are searching for a Digital Sales Manager that will lead the monetization of all our digital experiences in the market. The DSMwill be accountable for all digital sales initiatives& revenue goals &will work closely with the Market Manager to create unique &valuable cross-platformprograms to generate results for our clients &repeatable revenues. These digital initiatives include display, streaming, custom sites, loyalty programs, e-commerce, etc.
This position must possess the strong leadership ability necessary to support, coach &train account executives &the direct experience to participate in sales calls.
The person filling thisposition must have athorough understanding ofall digital products offered &candidatesmust have proper experience selling digital media.This role will lead the local sales team in creating value &delivering results for ouradvertising partners while insuring a positive experience for consumers &overall brand. Theposition is also a resource for & consultant to ourclient base.
TheDSMis also responsible for managing all digital sales activities including contract approvals, ad placement, trafficking, creative &digital sales reporting &must workcooperatively with Traffic/Billing coordinators, Brand Managers &CreativeServices.
The position requires strongleadership skills &interpersonal skillswith the presence to enhance overall digital revenues while motivating our sales department. Three years of digital, sales &management experience is what we are looking for in the individual that fills this position.
